Meet the Team

Senior L&D Specialist. Joined Impression in December 2022

I first started out volunteering for Oxfam where I quickly caught the bug for training and developing others. After moving home with my folks, and a number of shop roles across London and Kent, I became a Retail Skills Coordinator for London and the South.

This is where my mind was opened to the world of L&D and how that’s the best job in the world. Being on the road and training others was amazing fun and allowed me to move on to The Prince’s Trust and train their staff that work directly with young people.

I made the jump to the private sector in 2021, working for a digital scientific publisher, supporting staff in their onboarding process with my biggest project being a company-wide training package on OKRs.

My role at Impression is to support staff with their learning through developing effective, fun, and engaging training sessions, but also supporting their knowledge and awareness of their own potential. A part of this is working across the business and partnering with each team to work out their needs and how Impression can best meet them.

Something I am proud of:

That I’ve always been true to myself and being aware of when I’m not!

Outside of work:

Reading, eating, long dog walks, and being cosy by the fire in a pub. Also a massive F1 fan, and video game enthusiast!
