Paid Media Strategist. Joined Impression in September 2020.
Whilst at University, I gained digital marketing experience during a one year work placement and soon knew that this was the career that I wanted to pursue. I became aware of Impression through their relationship with the Nottingham universities and took part in their Digital Marketing Academy before joining as a graduate. My experience spans paid social and paid search with my recent focus being on Google shopping for e-commerce clients.
The start of a working day for me usually consists of checking my emails and reviewing top level performance of my client accounts to ensure all is running smoothly, alongside some breakfast and a large coffee! Then I’ll get on with project work, attending meetings and devising account strategy for the rest of the day. I now also manage Impression’s relationship with the two Nottingham universities for the Digital Marketing Academy initiative which I’m looking forward to growing.
Something that I’m proud of:
I’m proud to be independent having established myself with my own flat and job at the age of 22. Finishing university and going into the working world can be daunting, especially during a pandemic, so achieving this alongside a first class degree is something I’m really proud of.
Outside of work:
Catch me socialising with mates in a nice beer garden, travelling abroad (when we’re allowed too) or getting stuck into a very binge-worthy Netflix series. I have also recently got more into cooking, testing out more veggie and vegan recipes.
