Meet the Team

Senior Client Success Manager. Joined Impression in October 2024.

I have worked in marketing for just over 10 years, I started in-house and then moved agency side 5 years ago. I really enjoyed the variety of agency life and helping my clients achieve success so I hope to continue this at Impression. Fun fact, when I was at University I worked in Florida as an activities co-ordinator for 6 months!

I will be working on client accounts ensuring the client is happy! I will be here to support our teams and manage each of the projects. Just some of the things I’ll be keeping an eye on are; if we’re hitting or are on track for KPIs, that projects are running smoothly (and to budget) and that we are clearly communicating to the client so they are fully aware of what we are working on and how it’s going.

Something I am proud of:

My little boy Blake, as of writing, he is nearly 18 months old and is really starting to get his own character and I am really proud of who he’s becoming.

Outside of work:

I like to go on nice dog walks and explore new places, have play dates with Blake, bake and decorating cakes, and going on spa days for some time out.
