Client Partner. Joined Impression in August 2021.
I graduated from De Montfort University with a first class BA (Hons) Advertising & Marketing degree. Beyond graduation, I have worked both in-house as a digital marketing lead for a B2B SaaS company & agency-side in a digital marketing consultancy role. In my previous role, I had the best of both worlds in a hybrid role combining delivery & client success. I have hands-on experience in SEO, paid media, analytics & inbound, working across key B2B & ecommerce accounts on a day-to-day basis. My love for client success stems from my passion for growth, client happiness, and innovative ways of achieving client business goals.
At Impression, my day to day is centred around understanding client objectives & goals for the business to ensure we are meeting KPI’s and identifying areas for growth. I am on hand to oversee projects and support the delivery teams to drive a best in class service to our clients.
Something that I’m proud of:
Fun fact… I used to be a National Trampolinist before going to university (where I shamefully gave up jumping for boozy socials).
Outside of work:
I’ll either be at the pub with friends or catching up on Eastenders. I’ve watched Easties since 2007 so I feel like I’m way too invested to ever give up now. I’m also partial to a karaoke night but can’t sing to save my life.
