I’m an experienced and dedicated digital marketing consultant, specialising in SEO and with extensive team management, coaching and mentoring experience. I’ve worked within the digital marketing industry since 2008, beginning my career in content management and website administration, and since developing my skills in SEO strategy and consultancy. I have extensive experience in managing a team of digital marketing professionals from junior to senior level, providing support and coaching as well as developing processes and best practice guidelines that enable our SEO department to perform more efficiently and to the highest standard.
At Impression, I’m responsible for the short to mid-term operations of the SEO department, managing profitable growth through delivering on departmental capacity metrics, identifying and implementing process improvements to aid the delivery of work to Impression’s clients and carry line management responsibility for a wide number of individuals through direct and indirect reports. In addition to my internal responsibilities I develop and manage digital strategies for top tier accounts within the SEO department and take a lead role in identifying emerging marketing trends and developments.
Outside of work:
I enjoy spending time with my young family, socialising with close friends and getting outdoors into the Great British countryside.
