Executive Director – Strategy. Joined Impression in October 2023.

I’ve spent most of my working life being a digital specialist amongst marketing generalists, with over 15 years of experience working across media, creative, brand and performance. About 5 years ago I turned my focus to working out how marketers break free of siloed brand vs performance thinking and work towards a harmonious approach to growth.

For me, there is no average day! But a good day is one which lets me work with brilliant minds to solve our client’s growth challenges.

Something I am proud of:
I co-created the greatest alternative sweepstake game for major international football tournaments. Truly the most fun I have across (usually) the Summer months.

Outside of work:
I like running and exploring, often at the same time. When I’m not doing that, I’ll be being accosted by one or both of my cats, Mustard and Marmite, or my dog Rosie.
