We’re incredibly proud to have been shortlisted twice at the British HR Awards 2025 🥳
The British HR Awards recognise organisations dedicated to delivering exceptional people experiences. Celebrating excellence across industries, the awards highlight start-up pioneers, public sector champions, tech leaders, and global giants. With categories spanning innovation, diversity, and employee wellbeing, they recognise and reward those shaping the future of workplace culture and HR excellence.
These awards showcase the efforts of our people team, who strive to make Impression a top agency to work for in the UK, alongside recognising our supportive culture, people and vision.
Here are the categories in which we have been shortlisted:
- Culture Initiative of the Year
- People Team of the Year (<500 employees)
On the nominations, People Partner, Rose Watkins Jones said:

“We’re incredibly proud to be shortlisted for both the cultural initiative of the year and people team of the year categories in the British HR Awards. At Impression, we always want to ensure our employees have an industry-leading experience and being shortlisted is a testament to the hard work we put in to make sure this isn’t just a vision but a reality. Over the last year, we’ve expanded our team to include Katie Barnard, our Technical Development & Impact Specialist and Clydie Riddle, our People Operations & Talent Manager and it’s wonderful to see that our team (led by People Director, Zoë Ogden) is being celebrated for the work we put in to creating a culture that supports our vision; being the best place for digital talent to transform their career. Congratulations to all of the other brilliant organisations who have been shortlisted”
Congratulations to everyone else who has been shortlisted for an award. See the full shortlist of nominations here.
