The way we search is altering and voice assistants can shift how consumers search. From both a SEO and Paid Search perspective, we can see how search engines, such as Google and Bing are moving towards a better and more reliable user experience.
Within my talk at Women in Tech Birmingham, I outlined the history of voice search dating back to the 1700s, explained what voice search is, how it works. I also went into detail around new search terms emerging, such as “near me”, talked around how both private and public global organisations are adaption, why we should care and actionable takeaways to prepare for voice search.
