Google has shortlisted Impression as a finalist in the Workplace Excellence category at its 2024 Agency Excellence Awards.
These awards celebrate industry leaders pushing boundaries, breaking through and driving exceptional results for their clients. According to Google, this year’s awards saw an incredibly high standard of entries highlighting agencies’ dedication to excellence in digital marketing.
This particular category evaluates how agencies drive significant business and client outcomes via best-in-class culture, innovation and leadership. In our submission, Google’s judges looked for key agency principles and how they benefit three key areas of our business:
- Talent: How does our agency nurture talent to create and foster a culture of diversity, equity and inclusion?
- Innovation: What is the impact of our leadership on the innovation and growth strategies for our agency?
- Client success: How does our culture foster growth and create new opportunities for our agency and our clients?
