Meet the Team

Joined Impression in March 2025.

I graduated from the University of Nottingham with a BA in English. Throughout my degree, I developed a particular interest in sociolinguistics and the real-world practical applications of language. I knew this was something I wanted to utilise day-to-day in my career. After a period of time working freelance as a copywriter, my first role was within an in-house Communications and Marketing team, where I developed skills and knowledge across the board. These skills have been invaluable to me in continuing to specialise in SEO in my role here at Impression.

As an SEO analyst, my day-to-day involves a high proportion of content research, optimisation and creation tasks.

Something I am proud of:

I’m really proud of a monologue that I wrote that was commissioned by the Arts Council to be recorded as an audio piece. I worked with an editor and director to adapt my written piece for radio and co-directed my chosen voice actor. I was really pleased with the outcome, and it felt so rewarding to hear my writing on the radio for the first time.

Outside of work:

In my spare time, I enjoy going to see live music, collecting vinyl records and reading! My weekends are often spent in coffee shops across Nottingham, but I also love exploring coffee spots when I visit new cities.
