My journey began in the fast-paced worlds of Sport, Charity, and Digital Marketing. I’ve always been drawn to leadership roles, specifically in Senior Operational Management, where I could dive into key areas like Sales, Marketing, Human Resources, Finance, and system optimisation.

Over the years, I’ve discovered my true passion: nurturing teams and helping people reach their full potential. I’ve had the chance to lead teams to some incredible achievements, including generating 7-figure monthly incomes and creating frameworks that truly optimise performance.

It’s this hands-on, multifaceted experience that’s given me the skills to help businesses grow. I get immense satisfaction from watching individuals and teams evolve. My goal is to continue being a leader who inspires that kind of growth, helping businesses and the people within them thrive. My personal mantra, “To Infinity and Beyond,” perfectly captures this drive for continuous improvement.

Day-to-day, I will be interacting with people and teams, making calls and supporting decisions to help grow the US Business.

Something I am proud of:

I held the Guinness World Record for the most consecutive Singles Tennis matches. I played 25 matches nonstop, covering a total of 28 hours and 32 minutes, raising $25,000 for charity. I’m also proud of another fundraising event where I ran from Nottingham to London in 3 days and then ran the London Marathon on the 4th day. I covered 150miles over the 4 days.

Outside of work:

Most sports, outdoor activities, travelling, and going to gigs. Anything active that keeps me busy!
