Performance by design: creative that converts on Meta

In partnership with:

Creative quality accounts for 86% of sales lift in digital ads (Nielsen) which shows that in today’s social landscape, performance doesn’t come from targeting tricks or budget alone, it comes from bold, smart, high-quality creative.

With privacy changes, broader targeting, tighter budgets and rising expectations, the pressure on creative to do more has never been greater. The volume, the quality, the variety – it all matters. But for many brands, even with more time and budget going into creative, performance just isn’t moving

To change that, Impression and Meta are co-hosting an event.

Taking place in London on the morning of the 26th of June, we’re bringing together experts from Impression and a guest speaker from Meta to share what actually drives performance on social in 2025. You’ll walk away with practical strategies, frameworks and tools to help your team build creative that breaks through the noise, drives results and scales – without burning out your budget or your people.

What you’ll learn:

Talk one: Creative at the core

Speaker: Amy Stamper, Head of Paid Social, Impression

Key takeaways:

  • What’s changed in 2025 and why creative is now an even greater lever for performance on Meta
  • How to spot creative fatigue early and build a smart testing framework that works
  • The tools and tactics to scale creative output without burning your budget

Talk two: No more guesswork: Creating creative that works

Speaker: Immy Sheppardson, Head of Creative, Impression

Key takeaways:

  • How to break through the noise with creative that sticks and gets remembered
  • How structured experimentation can sharpen creative instincts, leading to better results
  • How to think about creative across the full customer journey, not just at the final click

Keynote Talk

Speaker: Ish Pillay, Agency Partner, Meta

Key Takeaways:

  • Adopting a testing mindset is hugely important! “Advertisers who run 15 or more experiments in a given year see 30% stronger ad performance than those who don’t”.
  • Know your tests, which ones to use and when (A/B testing, Conversion Lift, Brand Lift)
  • Creative excellence and what’s working on the platform now (Partnership ads)
