The finalists for the East Midlands Chamber Business Awards 2016 have been announced – and Impression is thrilled to have has been shortlisted for not one, but three categories.
We’re up for Employer of the Year, Small Business of the Year and Entrepreneur of the Year and are keeping our fingers crossed for the gala award ceremony at The Nottingham Belfry Hotel on September 9.
The good news comes just one month after founders Tom Craig (pictured below, right) and Aaron Dicks (pictured below, left) were crowned winners of the East Midlands Fastest Owner Manager accolade at the East Midlands Fastest 40 Awards.
Impression also won the coveted New Business of the Year Award – and was a runner up in the Creative Industries Business of the Year category – at the Nottingham Post Business Awards in May.
Aaron said: “It’s been an amazing year for the company so far and we’re really proud to be up for another local award. To get any sort of recognition like this is a huge achievement for our team and helps boost our reputation and credibility as one of the leading digital marketing agencies in the region.”
The Employer of the Year award recognises “organisations which demonstrate true commitment to people development and the implementation and promotion of a learning and development culture”, while the Small Business of the Year award will go to “the company that has achieved consistent growth backed by a strong financial performance”.
The Entrepreneur of the Year accolade will praise the “contribution of a dynamic, creative and visionary business leader”.
