Meet the Team

Executive Director, People. Joined Impression in June 2021.

I have worked in HR for 10 years in a variety of different companies from FMCG, to retail to tech startup! I even spent a year working overseas in Australia for the Commonwealth Games.

I truly believe people are the biggest asset to any company, and I really enjoy seeing people develop and grow alongside a business. My ambition is to create a truly inclusive working environment for everyone, and this is a very personal passion of mine.

At Impression, my remit is ownership of the end to end employee lifecycle and delivering the People strategy, in line with the company growth plans. I spend a lot of my time collaborating with the leadership team to drive initiatives forward and I’m regularly involved with various projects and work streams that aim to make Impression an amazing place to work.

Something that I’m really proud of:
I’m incredibly proud to represent female leadership at Impression. I’m proud to have worked overseas and gained that invaluable experience and I’m also proud of the resilience that I’ve built up over the years. Throughout my career, there’s been many moments where I’ve been able to see the difference I’ve made and this gives me a great sense of pride.

Outside of work:
I love finding new places to go for food and drink and I also enjoy exploring new places and travelling. I spend a lot of time going for long walks in the countryside and enjoy seeing my family and friends. I’m also a Pilates enthusiast!
