We’re delighted to welcome David Johnson and Emma Turner to Impression. Both have joined as Managing Partners, a new role that’s been recently introduced to drive client success as our agency continues to grow.
The new appointments reinforce our agency’s commitment to building long-term, impactful relationships with our client partners. Both roles will be responsible for ensuring exceptional performance outcomes for our growing client base alongside enhancing our service offering to meet evolving needs.
Emma brings significant expertise in driving client outcomes and joins Impression from the global media, creative, and data agency Croud, where she worked as Director of Client Leadership. Previously, she founded and led her own marketing agency, helping clients to understand where to focus their digital marketing budget through data-driven analysis.
David’s experience includes growth and client service roles at a number of UK and international advertising agencies and publishers. He joins Impression from Dentsu, where he most recently worked as Client Director. Other previous positions include Agency Director at Accord Marketing, where he led the business’ Northern operation, and client services roles for Yorkshire Post Newspapers and Autotrader.
Speaking of joinining the team, Emma Turner said: “What drew me most to Impression was the agency’s emphasis on adaptation and flexibility, and on the individual needs of each and every client. I look forward to working with some big household names as well as smaller and boutique brands, to push boundaries and deliver impactful, measurable results.”
David Johnson said: “I’m delighted to be joining Impression as the first Managing Partner at a time of major growth for the agency. As our client needs continue to develop and shift, I look forward to applying my knowledge and experience of client services to guide brands through their long-term challenges.”
