Meet the Team

Director, Head of Operations. Joined Impression in June 2023.

I have 10 years of experience in a variety of client-facing and operational positions at Rolls-Royce, before moving to Deloitte to work with a myriad of clients on all things operations and risk, and then to Impression!

My role covers Business Efficiency/Legal & Compliance/Resource Management/Systems/IT/Facilities – so my day-to-day is hugely varied (which I love). This inevitably spans long-term strategic activities (e.g. developing/iterating operational or delivery models), with medium-term strategic (e.g. modelling medium-term resourcing requirements and providing solutions), to the short-term tactical (e.g. negotiating contracts) and the emergent immediate requirements (e.g. IT issues or unplanned resource shortfalls). No two days look the same!

Something I am proud of:

I’m proud of the life I’ve built outside of work—balancing family, travel, DIY and things I enjoy, and actually making time for them.

Outside of work:

I love being outside.
