Sanchi Dilavari
Paid Media Strategist. Joined Impression in January 2026.
I have experience in the automotive industry, where I managed and optimised paid media campaigns. During this time, I developed a strong foundation in Google Ads, campaign structure, and performance optimisation, while working on large-scale E-commerce accounts. Since then, I’ve continued to build on strengthening my ability to analyse performance, communicate insights clearly, and implement effective optimisation strategies. This journey has allowed me to grow into a more well-rounded and confident paid media professional.
A typical day at Impression usually starts with catching up on emails and reviewing my tasks for the day, ensuring everything is prioritised effectively across the accounts I manage. A large part of my day involves working on client accounts, including performance analysis, optimisations, and progressing ongoing projects such as restructures or campaign improvements. I particularly enjoy client meetings and brainstorming sessions, as they give me the opportunity to discuss strategy, share ideas, and collaborate on how we can further improve performance.
Something I am proud of:
I am really proud of the fact that, being an international student, I was able to get myself settled in a new country far away from friends and family.
Outside of work:
Outside of work, I like to hang out with friends, trying new restaurants and places to eat.
