I ran the company for a number of years and headed up performance marketing channels including SEO, Paid Social, Content Marketing and PR.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>Fast forward a few years and half way up a ski slope in the alps, I meet Tom and Aaron who were in the process of setting up Impression. A few beers and a number of conversations later, we decided it was a good fit for me to join the team.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>I formally joined Impression back in 2013 and picked up the responsibility to drive the agency’s growth over the coming years.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>Today, my role is split between the Marketing, New Business and Client Success departments.
